What Tax Forms Will I Receive and When?

As an investor in Shasta Power Fund II, you’ll receive key tax documents that help you accurately report income and comply with IRS requirements. Here’s what to expect:

  • Form 1099: If you received any income (e.g., interest or payments not part of the partnership structure), you’ll receive this form by January 31 of the following tax year.
  • Schedule K-1 (Form 1065): This is the primary document for most investors in a fund structured as a partnership. It shows your share of the fund’s income, deductions, and credits. Expect to receive it by March 1.
  • These forms will be delivered electronically via your investor dashboard. You’ll receive a notification when they are available.
  • Ensure your email and contact information are up to date to avoid any delays.

Note: Always consult a licensed tax professional for personalized guidance on how to report your Shasta Power investment.
